Description: Retry count - number of checks to run on consecutive failures of which an alert will be sent. If retry count is 3, 3 checks should fail consecutively before sending an alert.
Need: Currently we are receiving alerts if a uptime check fails even once. This usually is network issues or intermittent connectivity issues that happen once and resolve automatically. Failures like these result in oncall person's time spent on checking on issues that are out of their control and transient.
