Hi,
I had received an email from the support team but we received one of their "repair install" templates. Very disappointing. I wonder why they even asked for the diagnostics file. We had the very same issue with version 9.1 and it took months to get it fixed. I attempted their procedure but it made no difference, so I have asked them to escalate it. I have included their response below for the curious.
I looked in EventVwr and noticed this message" WARN Error - ActionEmail.ExecuteAction threw an exception. The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address". I don't know if is a clue to the problem but some of you out there may have across a similar issue.
This is really frustrating because a simple upgrade should not break anything.

Please use the LOCAL MACHINE adminstrator account to run the configuration wizard and the repair steps below.
Kindly note that using Domain account with local admin rights to the machine may not have the full rights to the machine. please stop all the services using orion service manager before this:
Can you help to re-run the configuration wizard
Start >> All Programs>>Solarwinds Orion>>Configuration wizard
Select all check box. and finish running the wizard
if you are still facing issue after running the configuration wizard.
I need you to go to Orion service manager to shutdown all services. Then go to add/remove program click on Solarwinds Orion . Click on change. Then select repair eventually.
Let us know if further help is still required.
