It would be extremely helpful if users could fill out an electronic form for submission. I've been managing this through custom fields, but it is a bit of a pain. For example, we have a PDF form that is used to create a new hire in the system. Another form we use is for a new hardware / software request. It would be nice if there was something a little better than the custom fields to manage this.
