This would be especially helpful when a parent ticket has multiple child tickets. If the note displayed could be color coded, this would help determine if a note was entered through a child ticket. Many times, notes are shared with the parent ticket (or with the child tickets) that do not necessarily need to be shared. This causes an overabundance of notes on one ticket.
Along the same lines, displaying comments entered by "visitors" (such as other Technicians or those with Client Admin Permissions) would be helpful. This would separate other Tech notes from the Assigned Technician and make it easier to read through when searching for comments made by certain users.
