Our field techs would love to be able to attach pictures they take at remote sites to their tickets on WHD Mobile. Would it be possible to implement this ability?

Sounds like a great idea! The WHD Mobile app is pretty basic - there is definitely a lot of functionality that could be added.
Can they attach via e-mail as a workaround?
