Rename "Vacation" to "Out-Of-Office" or "Unavailable"

This is a minor request but would be more inclusive. Could the "Vacation" option under "My Account" be renamed to something more generic like "Out-of-Office" or "Unavailable" or similar. Being on vacation is not the only reason a technician may be unavailable to accept new ticket assignments. They may be at a conference, out sick, on special assignment, etc.
