It would be great to have a column that can be added to a list of tickets in the main view that will show if the client has responded to a survey, and for an option to send out a reminder if they have not.
We use WHD to manage our Change Management approvals, and the feedback after the change is completed is collected via a followup survey. And although I have it set to email them constantly until the survey is complete, it would be great to see at a glance which have been completed, and which have not. And then if not, fire off another reminder.
The current workflow requires me to check each ticket individually to see which have not completed a survey, and that can be a pain.
