ServiceNow Integration with EOC

* Currently, our ServiceNow integration resides at the NPM level and not the EOC. I’d like it at the EOC level since I will have close to 50 separate NPM instances feeding into the EOC. I don’t want to create 50 separate integrations into ServiceNow for incident creation.

Here is the answer to your question from the above article:
"One of the common misconceptions about EOC is that it pulls all the data from each of your Orion servers into the EOC database. In actuality, EOC pulls high-level information such as current status, alerts, events, and more. Investigating further or drilling into elements within the EOC web console would then seamlessly redirect users behind the scenes to the local Orion instance that entity is actually being monitored from. "

As EOC does not have own database, but just redirect to your local servers (in your case the NPMs) you will still have 50 integrations. You can try out third party tool like ZigiOps which makes it easier to integrate multiple instances - ZigiWave: Blog
