Currently, all “Status Types” are visible to a Client login within “History”. We would like the ability to hide specific “Status Types” from Client logins. We have created specific ticket “Status Types” which are used internally to help track a ticket. “I/R (1)” is used when a ticket is submitted for internal review. We do not want it visible to a Client login within “History” as a selectable “Status”. A ticket with a “Status” of “I/R (1)” should return in the search results for “All” or “All Active”. Additional thought will need to be put into how best to handle ticket statuses which are not visible to the Client, as they should be query able in the “History”, but not by their specific status.
