Easier User Management

I have more than 50 users of different types (NPM native, AD group and AD individual, also through a trust relationship from foreign AD forests). Each has a wealth of settings in her NPM profile, especially with my integrated installation (NPM + NTA with NCM, SAM, UDT and IPAM).

My life would be much easier, if I could

Copy user settings (similar to NPM views) or create a user template to be used when creating a new user and
Impersonate user to check and troubleshoot user settings from user’s context. This should probably be the customizable right of NPM admin. Currently I use dummy accounts for this, but it's time consuming and difficult to maintain user accounts of multiple types.

I have seen numerous requests for this and want to reiterate the need. We have customer accounts that are strictly limited - having to recreate all of the settings each time is a MAJOR pain, let alone a security/confidentiality risk if they aren't done exactly right. Please PLEASE make copying accounts possible!
