Per-user colour coding of statuses and priorities

This would make it very quick to tells a tickets status without having to read the text. Especially when you have a long list of tickets or just want to quickly skim search results.

Example:

- Closed - Red
- Open - Green
- Pending - Orange

Ideally per-user configurable so people can pick their own colour scheme. I can also see it being useful in some scenarios to have a global override (configured by an admin) so say a closed ticket always displays red.

You already can do this but not per user as you noted would be ideal. And it shows in my tickets and group tickets.
