Hello,
We can assing a backup tech when someone goes on vacation. Thus all the tickets are assigned to the backup.
We haven't got the biggest ICT department so tasks are split up between the colleages when someone is on holiday.
It would be so easy to set a backup tech directly on the ticket type so the split-up can be automated.
A simple system for the techs to fill in their vacation in a calendar would be great to. See this idea:
