Lean shops and on-prem solutions do not go hand in hand. JAMF is a Cloud Based Casper solution. Why can't WHD communicate with it since it is, under the covers, Casper?

That said... I do think there are some improvements that could be made here. Mainly expanding the list of importable fields.
it does not connect to the newer JAMF which requires credentials to be sent as part of the header -- or so i was told by the so called support team.
