For our Default Tech Permissions, we have deselected "View Billing Rate Hourly Rate" since techs should not be able to see the rates of other techs. However, when a tech is in a ticket that has work time logged, they are able to see the billing rate on the Parts & Billing tab.
We would like to have an option that prevents techs from seeing the billing rates on the Parts & Billing tab.
