Allow Download of Ticket List View to Excel in addition to TSV, Text and PDF.

When in the ticket view list whether in My Tickets or Group Tickets, we can download into a Text, PDF, TSV. It would be very handy if we could download as an Excel.

I hope this can be fixed soon. Some PDF conversion requires us to pay to convert.

The ticket history chronology only appears in PDF format not in excel.
