Today on my work I received 6 emails alerts reporting that 6 devices went down at the same time. Can we have the option to receive only 1 alert when this happen in a (determined) space amount of time?
Hi, Have you taken a look at the "dependencies" settings?
These allow you to say, have some devices behind a router and if that router were to go down the devices that were behind it would not create alerts. It means that you have to map out the network and identify what depends on what, but that's a good thing to do anyway:)

if all the nodes that went down at the same time happened because they were all connected to another node or one of the down nodes, then Dependencies are your friend, as suggested by robertcbrowning
if however the nodes that went down were not dependent on another down node, e.g. power outage across the facility, you would not benefit from a Dependency and would have received multiple e-mails.
You would want a single e-mail to show all down nodes, I do not think this is currently possible.
I had created the following feature request:
Alert results collated into a single email
