Hi guys,

We need to buy DameWare Mini Remote Control for some of our sites.

But, the first installation under Windows 10 was not a success with this message: "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup ... etc etc"

We find some solutions to this issue, download again installer, framework 4.6 and 3.5 presents.

No success...

Anybody can help?

I had to call support.   I had the same issue and finally they were able to get it to work with a lot of regedits, a special file i had to download and install, and maybe some magic.   I wish I could be more help but they took over the stations affected and handled it.

I can tell you there were files called License Manager and license reset.   You will need those.  but they gave me the link in a chat window and of course because i was doing other things at the same time i didn't save the link for you, so again no help.  I can email you the zips if you send me a email,
