The ability to link Incidents to a Problem ticket or link requests to one another is great but I feel it is underused by our team because it's not always clear what is linked to what, especially within the dashboard. Also if we have a problem and X amount of linked incidents get logged it is not very easy to pick out anything else that is also logged but not related to the problem in the dashboard.
Feature request is to either:
a. Have some way in the dashboard of just highlighting that a ticket is linked (eg a "Linked" flag, embolden the Parent ticket or make the child ticket a paler colour)
b. Have a column in the dashboard to show a button which can filter the dashboard view to show any linked tickets
or
c. Group linked tickets so the parent ticket shows on the dashboard and linked tickets are nested beneath it
