Our phones are ringing off the hook and it would be great if I could open more then 1 ticket at a time. Sometimes I am still finishing the notes on the first case and hang up with the user and my line is already ringing with the next call so I answer it but cant start the next ticket unless I close the first one. or I want to open 2 tickets so I can copy the notes from one to another
