We use a 3rd party hosted service to provide a chat room for our help desk users. The 3rd party provides a script that adds a widget on the webpage. The users click on the widget to start a chat session with the help desk team. I asked support if they would provide the name of the file where I could add the script text (3rd party said it just needs to go on the page before the final </body> tag. Support replied that it was not possible to provide the name of the file where the script should go. They suggested submitting a feature request. So here's the request: provide a box on the Configuration page where I can add html / script, etc. that would appear on the client page.
