Would like the ability to be able to backup Ruckus Smartzone wifi controllers through NCM these are different from Ruckus Zone Director , unable to create a custom template as the current NCM logic and operations as NCM has to name the file , so when it looks in the TFTP root directory it will know what its looking for, when you backup a smartzone controller the file is already named when created .The ruckus cli command is back config - which pulls the config onto the controller then you have to ftp/TFTP the file off , this is where the issue lays with the current NCM setup, it wants to create a filename , when the controller has already named it, you're then presented with a list of existing backup images on the controller and you just enter the number of the latest backup image . The Ruckus backup command is very basic and lacks any options so you cannot name the backup file via NCM as the controller wont recognise the command and fail.
