Allow images to be inserted into FAQs. Currently, there’s no easy way to do this.

Would be good to be able to make the FAQ pages into HTML format so can embed images, so you can screenshots of certain issues
You can attache the picture to the FAQ as an attachment and then link it to the post with
tag.
That is not a solution to this the feature request. The problem is there is no easy way to upload an image into the Web Help Desk. That's a work around.
I wish I could give this more than one vote!
Sure would like to use the FAQ answer section to be more visual so that we can utilize this as a one stop area for documentation.
Just purchased this and I see not being able to Copy/Paste existing articles we formated in Word/OneNote a huge let down. We need to regigger our whole setup to meet the way WHD FAQs work.
