Changes to name "Ticket"

Wondering if it would be possible to allow features whereby organisations can select their own ticket naming instead of following the default "Ticket #"

What I mean by this is that tickets get raised as eg."WPB 125" instead or "Ticket 125", and so on.

Where in the product would you want this implemented? You could use whatever you want internally for nmaing conventions, and there are ticket e-mail templates in various places in WHD that can be modified.

I suppose a option under Email -> Options or Tickets -> Options where users can select how ticket name should appear in Subjec.t

I understand that templates for tickets are present but these templates only allow modification to the message users get for default ticket greeting or open/closed ticket greeting etc but my focus is more on the Subject of ticket Alerts/Notification or update. Apologies to have missed out few details on the idea raised

By default it picks all ticket subjects something as "Ticket xx Open ->" , , "Level 3 Alert ; ticket 286 needs updating" etc.

With this change request, organisations will b able to put their own name / code etc instead to something as "WPB 124 Open", "Remedy 124 Open" etc

Currently no setting is available to change this.
