I'd like to be able to set a "Time" criteria for action rules. For example if I want a rule to come into effect after 5:00pm EST or I want it to only take effect on Saturday - Sunday. This would be simple but invaluable for automating.
Current action rule behaviour is only triggered by some user interaction. For this function to be valuable the triggers need to be expanded ie: close ticket on or after a date has passed.
Yes exactly - I'm requesting Solarwinds create more criteria for actions rules so that rules can also take affect based on time/day
