The Connected Phones resource (off the Call Manager details page) is a great resource and a favorite among my users, however the lack of sorting/filtering for that resource makes it look like it wasn't fully developed and forgot about. The default view is apparently sorted by name, which normally would be very nice, however in my instance of it I have multiple pages of unregistered phones without a name as the default view. When you edit the resource it only gives you the option of changing the title or sub title.
It would be nice if when you edit the resource it allowed you select options to show, and you can select/deselect the fields to view as well as choosing the default sort field. In addition it would be nice to have the phone number field represented there as well.
This way if all you want to view is:
licensed phones..... you can very easily
unlicensed phones........you can very easily
phones with a specific status.....you can very easily
I believe this would make the resource much more useful to everyone.
