I would like to see a way to check the box for a ticket(s) in the Tickets display and then click an "Assign To" drop-down list. The drop down would show all Techs and you could then select the tech to work the ticket.
Saves lots of time.

Just to add to this for those who don't already know, you can assign tickets to yourself when they aren't assigned, this can be done by simply clicking on the icon on the furthest right-hand column.
You can also use Bulk Actions to reassign multiple tickets to a single technician.
Obviously this isn't the full functionality you're looking for, however I thought I'd add this to give a few more options around this sort of ordeal.
