It would be nice to have a feature in Asset Management within Web Helpdesk to update all like Models of devices categorized by Manufacturers in order to update the Hardware EoL, Software EoL and recommended OS Versions and last date for supported old Software OS version, etc. within WHD setup under Assets > Manufacturers & Models > Model Editor; as and when there are updates available by various vendors, but unfortunately there does not seems to be an option.
It would be nice to have a Label with Date or Text Field respectively to update the Hardware EoL, Software EoL and recommended OS Versions, etc. to all assets based on model number.
If this is not a feature, than I would like to recommend this as a feature to be explored in your next development and next release, as this would be beneficial to your customers as well.
