Current ticket creation process:
Step 1. E-mail received in Inbox that is monitored by WebHelpdesk system
Step 2. WebHelpdesk Automatically Creates Ticket based on e-mail content

Step 3. WebHelpdesk automatically copies and generates the first note in ticket with copy of content in the Request Field
Benefit:
The first note in the ticket will serves as static history of the original request detail. Helpful in scenarios where the original request detail has been changed by a user or client. Also saves time and mouse clicks by not having to copy the request detail into the first note manually.
