Right now WHD Does not support any G-Suite Users (Companies).
Google forces all G-Suite accounts (e-mail addresses) membership into an "All" E-Mail list for an entire company. It is not optional and you can not remove a single e-mail address from this all group.
The problem this poses is when you create a dedicated company e-mail address for WHD. If you enable in-coming emails to add comments to tickets, it will send a rejection email to anyone who sends an e-mail to "All".
The reason for this is the dedicated e-mail used by WHD will receive that "All" email and try and process it as a ticket. The E-Mail was never directly send "to" that address. You can NOT prevent this from happening.
What is required is one more Filter field added to WHD E-Mail config so you can filter out emails send to a specific email address (In this example it shows to the "All" address distribution group instead of the specific e-mail address used by WHD).
This is not a complicated thing but it has now prevented anyone who uses G-Suite to use the E-Mail portion of WHD. No one wants the Senior Executives getting a rejection email from WHD every single time they send an e-mail to "All" in your company.
The only solution right now is to setup an E-Mail Address NOT with G-Suite (Outside of your company) or else disable all E-Mail support completely.
Solarwinds Support's suggestion was to no longer use the automated "All" list and instead to manually maintain a new distribution list for "All" so you can remove the single WHD E-Mail address from that group... (I guess Solarwinds can pay for someone to do that).
