When entering a note in the child ticket, you can link it to the parent. I like to be link child notes to all other child tickets associated with the Parent Ticket.
For example: 4 Child tickets are associated with Parent Ticket 1. When you enter a note in one of the child tickets, have the ability to share that child note with the three other child tickets of Parent Ticket 1.
