I need to be able to
- Move and Rearrange the fields and reduce the spacing between fields under New Ticket on the Portal and under New Incident
Basically I need to bring the Computer issue type fields on the top because of higher importance and reduce the spacing between the issue types
Please confirm the ability to do so.
