We have rental requests come in (some have custom fields with additional information), then we have to leave the ticket to create a reservation with the same ID# as the ticket#, go back to the ticket to update it that the reservation has been created.
Then go to reservations to check it out, back to ticket to update.
Then go to reservations to check it in, back to ticket to update.
It would be very cool it there were another pop-out menu on the right or tab at the top (Client, Assets, Ticket, Parts, Reservations) to create, attach and edit/modify a reservation without having to leave the ticket it's assigned to.
