The issue is caused when the WatchGuard does not support Netflow.

Watch Guard recommends implementing SPAN on the port that the SolarWinds server uses to mirror data.

WatchGuard M400/M500 - FireWall do not currently support NetFlow and similar flow derivatives, but it has been posted as a feature request on www.watchguard.com / January 6, 2016

I have a WatchGuard M400 and I have SNMP enabled and I have it on NPM but NTA is a no go. Their dimension product seems to do everything you need if you have that but it would be nice to have it in SolarWinds.

I well its now 2018 I better stop holding my breath.
