The "Client Reminder" is a great feature when you are waiting for more information from your client.
But in some cases (e. g. two users have reported a problem together because they are using the same pc), we have to mail both of them. For that, we add the second user to CC.
It would be a great feature to remind also persons which are in CC/BCC fields.
Implementation Idea:
In Setup, Tickets -> Status Types: Add new checkboxes (Remind CC / Remind BCC). The information can be stored near the "Client Reminders" settings in backend and it will be easy to implement.
