SolarWinds does not support VoIP traffic from 8x8 inc encrypted SIP phone traffic. It would be nice if it can monitor that data that passes on the traffic.
The system is Cloud Based by 8x8, but it would be nice to be able to track where we are getting network Jitter (local network or the datacenters of 8x8) and packet loss from those systems and see impending failures.
It would also be nice to monitor the 8x8 phones as nodes so we can monitor the phones state (down, online).
