Reports per client

I would like to request a feature to provide reporting at the client level, at the moment reporting is only possible by creator which is broken down by individual tech and then all clients as one group.

I would like to be able to report on individual clients.

Hi Tony ,

This can definitely possible , all you have to do is define the custom variable and then categorize and filter the reports according to the customer in eports with this way you can generate the reports customer specific .

You can't do it for multiple clients though; you'd have to do it for each individual client???

This would be very handy to be able to do as you can then see if training is required for certain staff members
