I'm in need of a Web Help Desk feature to print labels/tags to attach to assets checked in by students at our University. We currently have a home grown system in place with this feature. This feature is most critical to ensure students receive the exact equipment (e.g. laptop and power supply) they dropped off at hour help desk when they submit a Web Help Desk ticket request. If this type of feature is not available, we're not sure Solarwinds Web Help Desk is a viable option. Any help or guidance concerning this feature request is greatly appreciated.
