We would like to be able to select Ticket # when creating certain reports. It would be more convenient to have all the fields from a Ticket available for reporting. Along with any custom fields in the drop down list because we have added the Estimated Hours to complete and we can't report on that. We could probably report on it in SQL but it would just be nice to have all of our reports grouped together in the Reports section of WHD.
So our request is to have all fields, custom or not, available in each Category section under the Report Details when creating reports in the WHD tool.
