Manage Accounts, ADD "created by" username field showing who created each account

I would like to know which user created which account(s).

If a user has access to create user accounts, and then decides to leave the company, maybe that user was able to sneak in a new account somewhere/somehow...

I would like to be able to view all user accounts created by that person/user, as well as date/time the account was created.
