having the Monitor page open, it is possible to use the gear icon and export a filter; it would be much better to open a new dialog having the focus on the last used filter pre-set but having also a tree-view of the filters with the possibility to opt-in others (or All) filters to export them;
this is usefull to setup another box with same filter settings or to populate the filters to other users.
The last point could also be implemented as an option button in the dialog (like "Import", "Export", "Populate") which opens a new dialog to select the user(s) whom shall receive the selected filters.
The filter tree should be built using the filters groups and the export and populate option should have an opt-in box to take the whole filter tree (including groups) or to just take the filters (and at the target put them in a new or existing one)
