One of the problems we are trying to overcome is the lack of linking assets to tickets. That has alot of benefit in itself when its done regularly. I would like to see a better/simpler way to link assets to tickets. My initial thought was to be able to create 'tags' on ticket where the tags are assets (people, hardware, software). there may be a tag/asset box in the ticket details portion, here a tech could start simply type a user name or thier PC name and WHD would recoginize that as a tag and automatically link it. Kinda of the same way this feature request form allows me to tag at the bottom to make it searchable and relate able.
