Some of our tickets involve groupware systems such as Microsoft Exchange, and may involve multiple clients in the discussion stages. As the system currently stands, we can cc additional stakeholders on a ticket, and the email will contain a link to the web interface for the ticket. However, if anyone but the primary client attempts to add notes, their attempt is blocked because they do not own the ticket. Please add a way to allow multiple clients to comment on a ticket (perhaps by checking to see if the additional client is on the cc list for the ticket?)
