We are trying to build workflows for different processes within our department. Preferably to be created by a standard ticket request to keep it simple for clients.
We'd like the Request to ask for details like a regular request and then pass those details to the child tickets in the workflow.
IE Request type- New User - (Subject )Bob Smith, child ticket - HR setup - Bob smith, Child ticket2 - Email setup - Bob smith
Much of our requests are handled by multiple departments/technicians and it would be nice to not have to manually create all of the tickets.
