I would like to have the option to switch the ticket-display or view to full HTML or Rich-Text.
Basically, have the ticket be displayed as a proper E-Mail. Instead of a broken down text-only view. Same with the notes.
For example: there are some Mails that are wholly constructed with images and tables and colors and more.
In WHD those Mails are broken down to text only and each image is attached as an image in the attachments. Making for a very long or large display of the Ticket with little text.
Having to download the E-mail in the history and having to sense when a client used color or special formatting to highlight something is not something a website or program in 2025 should force on its users. IMO
I know this request has been made a couple of times over the years. We're still waiting.
