Would be nice to be able for a Tech. to opt-in / opt-out so he won't get group-assigned tickets.
There is already a vacation mode - but this doesn't even have a end date and is relatively uncomfortable.
Would be nice to extended this functionality a bit - at least a start / end date and time - or even multiple entries.
On top of it a "company holiday" mode might be nice
This should then include a escalate (probably even SLACK) out a notification to the group that there is a urgent / high priority ticket that would need attention.
