It would be very helpful to be able to search multiple conditions for one string.
What I mean is that if I want to search for all tickets that dealt with a particular issue, therefore looking in the subject, request details, client notes and tech notes, then I need to enter under Search Any of these conditions:
Subject=test
Request=test
Tech Note=test
Client Note=test
It would be much simpler to just say "search these fields for ___"
It would also be useful when searching if a client or tech was involved in any step of a ticket - you'd have to do the same steps as above for Tech=tech, Updated by=tech, Creator=tech etc...
