Under Setup > Email > Options, there is a checkbox that disables the Singe-Note Emails in WHD. It would be great if we could also disable the Full-Ticket Email for clients and keep them for techs. In our operations, we've found that user satisfaction is increased when the emails sent to them from our ticketing system are more personal and not the standard "cookie cutter" HelpDesk email (like the Full-Ticket Email).
