On the notes screen that you can pop up from the ticket list, would it be possible to add anything else to this screen as it would make navigating and editing so much easier. Maybe add custom fields, ability to choose the tech, ability to choose ticket type. Not too much just a few things like those mentioned without having to leave the ticket list screen.
