VMAN 8.1 and above request feature to customize the collection time for the VIM collection jobs

Dear Thwacksters,

I thin we should be able to change and choose the global collection/ rollups times for the new VMAN Orion. Also should consider to allow customization of each individual host, VM, cluster, LUN etc just in case you want to change it for any reason. These features exist in almost ever Orion product already. Vote up if you agree and feel free to add comments.
