Due to the fact that we work with six different networks and various groups of people doing their jobs on those networks, we need a way to clone service records requiring the same action for each group. It seem that sometime the service records are closed prior to the completion of all networks by their respective group. Since the work action is the same it would be easier for the submitter to duplicate the service record for each of the specific group. The tickets could be linked together and then the primary ticket would remain open until all cloned tickets are closed.
